What uses a contact?
A contact is a new creator chat. Only your first message to a creator you haven't talked to before starts one. Everything after that in the same chat is free, for both of you.
Starter gives you 30 new chats each billing month. Unused ones don't roll over, and the count starts again when your month renews. Unlimited has no count at all.

Direct deals
The creator gets the price you agree. Our 5% goes on top.
Agree a price with a creator in the chat and the deal gets its own lobby. You pay the Kingdom the price plus 5%, the creator receives the whole price once you approve the work, and the fee covers the payment handling, the lobby and our help if something goes wrong.
Say you agree €200. You pay €210, the creator gets €200 and our fee is €10.

Do I need a plan for managed campaigns?
No. Posting a campaign is free on every brand account. The Kingdom team suggests creators and runs the lobby, and you're invoiced for the creators you approve, at the fee each one accepted.
Do unused contacts roll over?
No. Starter gives you 30 new chats per billing month, and the count starts again when your month renews. Chats you've already started stay open either way.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from your plan page. Your billing month stays the same, and the new chats you've already started this month still count.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your plan page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and you can undo the cancellation before then. Plans renew every month until you cancel.
What happens to my chats when my plan ends?
You can still read them all. You can keep writing in chats with a deal in progress until that deal is done. To start new chats or pick up others, choose a plan again.
Can I message every creator?
Most creators take direct messages. Some only work through managed campaigns. Their profile says so, and you can brief us to work with them.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed monthly by card. Managed campaigns and direct deals come as invoices from the Kingdom team, which you can pay by card or bank transfer.
Do creators pay anything?
No. Creators join free and never pay to reply. On a direct deal the creator receives the whole agreed price: the brand pays our 5% on top. On a managed campaign they receive the full fixed fee in the offer they accepted.
Creator? You never pay.
Your media kit is free, replying to brands is free, and on direct deals you get the whole price.
