What does it cost to find creators?
Browsing every profile and price is free. To start chats with creators yourself, you need a messaging plan: Starter at €4.99 a month for 30 new creators, or Unlimited at €9.99. Managed campaigns don't need a plan. You set a budget in the brief, and we invoice you once the work is approved.
What is the 5% fee on direct deals?
When you agree a deal with a creator in the chat, you pay the Kingdom the agreed price plus our 5% on top. The creator receives the whole agreed price. The fee pays for the payment handling, the deal lobby and our help if something goes wrong. Both of you see the numbers before accepting.
When do creators get paid?
Once the brand approves the work and their payment has reached us, the creator's payout is released to the bank account on their profile.
Do creators need an account to receive offers?
No. Some profiles were set up by our team from public information. Until the creator claims it, offers and messages go to the business email on the profile, with a link to claim it.
How do contracts work?
Every creator signs our creator agreement once, inside their profile. We upload the contract, they read it and sign on screen, and both sides can download the signed copy.
Can I cancel my messaging plan?
Yes, any time from your plan page. It stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. After that, chats with a deal in progress stay open until the deal is done.
